gift are unhappy for any reason, we will do everything we can to remedy
the situation. If the recipient has already read a particular book,
we would be happy to exchange the book. If your gift arrives damaged
due to shipping mishandling, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please

however, are not possible due to the personalized materials included

We are continually adding to, and updating our inventory in order to
provide you with the best gift assortments possible. We reserve the
right to substitute an out of stock or unavailable item with a similar
item of equal or greater value. We will notify you via email as to exactly
what items are included in your gift.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground with no signature
required, within 1 - 2 business days after we receive them. The amount
of time in transit is determined by where your gift is going. Gifts
shipped to the NY Metropolitan area require 1 business day in transit.
Gifts shipped to the West Coast may take 5-7 business days in transit.
